Acrylic is the original and still the most popular nail enhancement system in the world — for good reason. It's strong, sculptable, and holds its shape beautifully through real-life wear. At 4K Nails our technicians work with high-quality acrylic powders and liquid monomer to build sets that look natural, feel comfortable, and last.
Every set starts with a careful consultation about length, shape (square, almond, coffin, stiletto), and finish. From there we apply tips or forms, sculpt the acrylic to your preferred dimensions, file and shape, then finish with gel polish, French, color, ombré, or hand-painted nail art.

Acrylic typically lasts 6 to 8 weeks before needing removal, with fill-ins every 2–3 weeks as your natural nails grow out.
Acrylic is sculpted from powder and liquid monomer — strong, fully customizable, and ideal for length. Gel X uses pre-formed soft-gel tips — lighter and gentler but less customizable. Both are great options depending on the look you want.
Also called French acrylic — pink acrylic on the nail bed and white acrylic on the tip, sculpted directly. Creates a clean polished French look without polish on top, so the look lasts longer.
When applied and removed correctly by a trained tech, acrylic does not damage the natural nail. The natural nail is buffed gently for adhesion, never filed aggressively. We always soak off, never pry.
A standard full set takes about 75–90 minutes. Pink & White, color acrylic, and detailed designs may take longer. We never rush — every set is finished to a high standard.
